On some page, you will see in the bottom right a button to open a discussion with our support bot (called AskIT), looking like this:

The red circle here means that the bot has sent you a message, you might not see it sometimes if he has nothing to tell you.

Go ahead and click on the button to open a chat session with him.


On first use, AskIT will like to know your name. Once he knows you, you can go ahead and ask him any question or problem you might have. For example,

Clicking on a recommendation will open the related solution. 

If you find your answer, tell him he was helpful, he loves recognition.

If your question isn't resolved, click on the No button. 

In one single click, you will then be able to create a ticket by hitting the "Create ticket" button.

An IT support team will check on your question and reply to you as soon as possible.
