There are two main categories of SharePoint sites in Archetype:

This site is used to store files per country and department.

By default, you should get access to your country department files, for example Cambodia BD if you are a member of the BD team in Cambodia. Some directors (managing directors, department heads, etc.) have cross-country access.

All files related to one department should be stored on that platform. This is replacing the local file server shares we had before in some offices.

2. Project sites

Upon request, a SharePoint site can be created for a dedicated project. The URL format is https://archetypevn.sharepoint.com/sites/prj.project-name.country-tld/.

Archetype employees and external parties (client, contractors, etc.) can be granted access on a case by case basis.
