  1. Download signature
  2. Setup email signature
    • Access http://portal.office.com/
    • Sign in with your email account
    • Choose Outlook or open App launcher > Outlook
    • Choose Settings> View all Outlook settings
    • Under Settings, choose Mail > Compose and reply
    • Under Email signature, paste your signature in the textbox
    • Select Automatically include my signature on new messages I compose
    • Select Automatically include my signature on messages I forward or reply to
    • Click on Save (blue button on top right)

  1. Download signature

  2. Setup email signature
    • Open Outlook desktop application
    • Choose File > Options
    • In the left menu, choose Mail
    • Click on the Signatures button
    • Click the New button
    • Type a name for the signature, Archetype for example
    • Paste your signature in the textbox
    • Choose your signature name for New messages and Replies/forwards
