- Download signature
- Sign in on Intranet > Download Outlook signature

- Choose Open with = Firefox (or any other Internet browser)

- Select (CTRL+A) and copy (CTRL+C) your signature

- Sign in on Intranet > Download Outlook signature
- Setup email signature
- Access http://portal.office.com/
- Sign in with your email account

- Choose Outlook or open App launcher > Outlook

- Choose Settings
> View all Outlook settings
- Under Settings, choose Mail > Compose and reply
- Under Email signature, paste your signature in the textbox
- Select Automatically include my signature on new messages I compose
- Select Automatically include my signature on messages I forward or reply to

- Click on Save (blue button on top right)

- Open Outlook desktop application
- Choose File > Options

- In the left menu, choose Mail
- Click on the Signatures button

- Click the New button

- Type a name for the signature, Archetype for example

- Paste your signature in the textbox
- Choose your signature name for New messages and Replies/forwards
