Outlook Web App (More Info)

  • Log in Outlook Online
  • Choose Settings> View all Outlook settings
  • Under Settings, choose Mail > Automatic replies
  • Under Automatic replies, activate the Automatic replies on toggle
  • If needed, check Send replies only during a time period and select Start and End times
  • Enter the message you want to automatically send to persons at Archetype in the textbox under Send automatic replies inside your organization
  • Choose to send a message to external recipients under Send replies outside your organization, and customize its content
  • Click on Save (blue button on top right)


Outlook on Windows (More Info)

  • Click on the File tab and then Info in the menu
  • Select Automatic Replies
  • In the Automatic Replies dialog box, check the Send automatic replies box
  • If you want to specify a duration, check the Only send during this time range box and set the Start and End times.
  • In the Inside My Organization tab, type the message you want to automatically send to persons at Archetype, and in the Outside My Organization, type the one you want to send to external recipients.
  • Save by clicking OK
